Monthly report
Totals by day, method, class, fee and collector, plus what is still owed. Downloads as a PDF.
1 · Fee types
Choose the fees your school charges. A type can be switched off later, never deleted, so old
charges keep their name.
Unsaved changes
2 · Fee groups (optional)
Only if your school charges different students in the same class differently, for example by
family income. Most schools skip this. Groups are switched off, never deleted.
Unsaved changes
3 · Amounts per class
Set once per class. Leave a fee empty if that class does not pay it. For a group, an empty box
means the same as the class amount and 0 means free.
4 · Put students in groups
Applies to charges generated from now on. Charges already generated keep their amount; use
Waive to adjust those.
5 · Generate charges
Creates what each student owes for one fee and period. Running it twice never double-charges.
